Break away from your routine yoga practice and expand your boundaries to discover stand up paddle board yoga (Sup Yoga) on Mission Bay, San Diego or in beautiful serene Diver’s Cove, Laguna Beach.
Bliss Paddle Yoga™
This beginner class will ease you into paddle boarding and sup yoga. Enjoy a relaxing yoga paddle session out in the beautiful Pacific Ocean or Mission Bay. This class starts with a lesson on the beach or the dock followed by an enjoyable paddle out to local kelp beds. Here we will embark on a tranquil set of yoga postures geared towards connecting your body with your breath in the most peaceful of locations possible. It is a guaranteed stress reliever.

Private Lessons with Paddle Board Bliss
Rather not practice in a group? Paddle Board Bliss is now offering private yoga and private paddle board lessons. One on one with our certified instructors, learn to paddle the open ocean, or do a headstand on a paddle board! Restorative, healing yoga is available for those recovering from injuries; Private lessons allow you to explore paddling and yoga at your own pace, and are customized to your skill level and desire for challenge! All fitness levels are welcome. Paddle boarding and yoga are both anaerobic exercises and excellent ways to lose weight, lower blood pressure, and decrease stress. Come discover how you can strengthen your body and relax your mind as we paddle in Shelter Island, Mission Bay, or Laguna Beach. Private Lessons are $75 per hour in San Diego and $90/hour in Laguna Beach. Please call to arrange Monday-Sunday, 6am to 6pm. (Dawn to dusk).
